The Triumph Visitor Experience is at Triumph's main factory site at Normandy Way, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3BZ. Follow the directional road signs that say “Motorcycle Factory” as you approach the roundabout where Normandy Way, Dodwells Road (A47) and Roston Drive all meet. The site is within easy reach from the M1, M6 and M69 motorways.
AVENUE OF LEGENDS
Once you've parked, see if your Triumph motorcycling hero has been featured on our 'Avenue of Legends', which is the path that leads to the Triumph Visitor Experience entrance.
Admission
The Triumph Visitor Experience is free and everyone is welcome to this family-friendly experience. In addition, we have a Triumph merchandise store and café facilities. An optional Factory Tour is also available, and this is priced at £15 per person (age restrictions apply).

The Visitor Experience exhibition, the 1902 Café, Triumph Store (including triumph clothing) are all free to access and open during the following times:

Factory Tour
A guided Factory Tour is available and priced at £15 per person which must be booked in advance of your visit. This is a guided tour that will commence and finish at the Visitor Experience's 1902 cafe, and will take approximately 90 minutes. Children aged 10-16 must be accompanied by an adult, but unfortunately the tour is not suitable for children under 10 years of age due to the manufacturing and engineering environment.

GROUP TOURS
Each Factory Tour has a maximum group number of 15. If your group exceeds 15 in number, then please call us on 01455 453088 and we'll advise on how we can accommodate everyone as conveniently as possible.
WI-FI
As you've taken the time to visit us, we're not going to rush you; which is why our café has free wi-fi for all guests to use.
MERCHANDISE
The Triumph Visitor Experience Store is the only place you can find this exclusive collection of clothing, merchandise and memorabilia.
ACCESSIBILITY
The free Visitor Experience is located on both the ground floor and first floor, with both stair access and lift access for accessibility and convenience.

PARKING
There's ample parking for bikes and cars at the Triumph Visitor Experience, including disabled bays close to the entrance.
RESTROOMS
Ground floor male, female and disabled restrooms are available and free to use for visitors. Baby changing facilities are available.
Frequently Asked Questions
Bags. There is a designated locker area for bags and belongings for the duration of your Factory Tour. Please note that you will need to keep cameras and phones in a secure locker during your tour.
Carers. Full-time carers may accompany a paying registered disabled visitor free of charge. Please bring your proof of carer status when you arrive: carer's ID badge, signed letter from employer on headed notepaper indicating your carer status, or letter from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are all fine.
Children. Visitors aged 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the Factory Tour. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted on the Factory Tour, however they are more than welcome to visit the Visitor Experience.
Dogs. Accredited assistance and guide dogs are welcome in the Visitor Experience, including the Café and Factory Tour.
Factory Tour times. From time to time, our available Factory Tour times may change. See the Admissions section above for full details.
Footwear. We highly recommend all visitors wear flat, closed-toe shoes during their Factory Tour for comfort and safety.
Helmets and rider wear. Factory Tour visitors will have a secure locker in which to place helmets, rider wear and other personal items for the duration of their tour.
Refunds. We're sorry, but once a Factory Tour is booked, we're unable to arrange a refund if you cancel. We will however endeavour to rearrange your booking, subject to availability. Please call us on 01455 453088 as soon as you can so we can rearrange your visit for another day.
Parking. Free parking is available onsite, including designated disabled parking bays.
Rest rooms. Ground floor male, female and disabled restrooms are available and free to use for visitors. Baby changing facilities are available.
Photography. Unfortunately, taking pictures is not permitted on the Factory Tour but is allowed everywhere else within the Visitor Experience. Postcard pictures of the factory are available in the Store.
